Patrick Kelly is an attorney who is both a licensed practicing lawyer and a licensed medical doctor. In addition to his legal training and experience, he has completed formal education and training in biomedical sciences and human medicine. He is a fully-licensed and credentialed practicing attorney, qualified to practice law in both the State of Florida and in Federal courts. His educational accomplishments are among the highest in the nation and very difficult to match, as he has a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, a Doctor of Medicine degree, and a Juris Doctor of Law, which is the advanced degree necessary to become a lawyer. In addition, he has experience, has published multiple professional articles, and has extensive formal legal and medical education.


Education

Prior to becoming an attorney, Patrick Kelly completed his training in clinical medicine and its clinical applications. He has authored several novel publications in scientific methods and scientific principles. After completing his advanced degrees in science and medicine, and practicing medicine for more than a decade, he completed law school. He is fully licensed in Florida to practice law, and admitted to the Florida Bar. He is now one of just a handful of individuals in the entire country who have completed medical school and law school, and maintains active professional licenses to practice both medicine and law.

Dr. Kelly is admitted to practice law in both State and Federal courts in Florida, and is licensed to practice medicine in Florida and New York. Dr. Kelly is also qualified and recognized as a scientific expert in the Duval County court system in the fields of toxicology, alcohol metabolism, human medicine, and general scientific principles.
